Jun J is a global enterprise operator with more than 25 years of experience across business integration, product and portfolio leadership, commercialization, P&L management, operating cadence, and technology transformation.
His career includes Fortune 100 global, regional, and country leadership roles, alongside high-growth operating environments, advisory, and regulated industries.
Jun created AdaptOS™ after repeatedly seeing the same failure pattern in enterprise AI: organizations committing to technology, capital, vendors, and implementation before establishing a shared view of operating reality, constraints, decision rights, and execution readiness.
